Drive significant business impact through your capabilities and contributions, and apply deep technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies to tackle a diverse array of challenges that span multiple technologies and applications.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Regularly leads and mentor a team of mobile application and full-stack developers, fostering collaboration and growth.<\/li>\n<li>Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others<\/li>\n<li>Drives decisions that influence the product design, application functionality, and technical operations and processes<\/li>\n<li>Serves as a function-wide subject matter expert in one or more areas of focus<\/li>\n<li>Actively contributes to the engineering community as an advocate of firmwide frameworks, tools, and practices of the Software Development Life Cycle<\/li>\n<li>Influences peers and project decision-makers to consider the use and application of leading-edge technologies<\/li>\n<li>Adds to the team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience<\/li>\n<li>Experience leading mobile technologists to manage and solve complex technical items within your domain of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Hands-on practical experience in one or more mobile application development environments, Android<\/li>\n<li>Advanced in Java, Kotlin, Android Studio<\/li>\n<li>Advanced knowledge of software applications and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with UX and end user experience<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guide and coach teams on approach to achieve goals aligned against a set of strategic initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Practical cloud native experience and mobile application deployment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working at code level.<\/li>\n<li>Web application development experiences<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world&#8217;s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
