Powered by our purpose \u2013 the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people \u2013 we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.<\/span>Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, React\/Redux Developer<\/span>In this role, you will be responsible for coding, testing, and delivering high quality deliverables, and should be willing to learn new technologies.<\/span>Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Work closely with development architects, clients, and business analysts to build efficient solutions leveraging the appropriate technology stack<\/span>Develop web applications and components based on a Java\/React technology stack<\/span>Understand the architecture and functional sub-components within overall application platform<\/span>Participate in complete software lifecycle \u2013 analysis, design, develop, test, and deploy solutions<\/span>Be in sync with the tools and processes available firmwide<\/span>Take ownership of project and deliverables<\/span>Qualifications we seek in you!<\/span>Minimum Qualifications<\/b><\/span>BE\/B Tech\/MCA<\/span>Excellent written and verbal communication skills<\/span>Preferred Qualifications\/ Skills<\/span>Web Technologies (React,Redux, Typescript, node js, css, Javascript,Testing framework(Jasmine),JIRA)<\/span>Integrating the REST APIs in the UI<\/span>Terraform<\/span>Finding issues in build pipeline<\/span>Distributed logging (dashboard for application monitoring and error tracing)<\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology<\/span>A very strong communicator with the ability to interface directly with clients and analysts to ensure technical requirements and delivery align with expectations<\/span>A good understanding of Agile\/Scrum and ability to deliver solutions under this methodology<\/span>At least hands-on web application development utilizing Java for Web Development purposes<\/span>Hands on experience with strong interest and aptitude for computer application design, development, and maintenance<\/span>Ability to utilize technology\/design to provide business solutions, adapting new technologies based on the project requirement<\/span>Experience with MVC patterned applications using JavaScript frameworks and working with front end development teams, preferably in React\/Typescript<\/span>Strong analytical and design skills, including the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical designs that work well within large-scale, well-structured enterprise environments<\/span>Excellent troubleshooting skills, with the ability to quickly identify and document the root cause of issues, and effectively communicate possible resolutions<\/span>Effective communication, presentation, and collaboration skills<\/span>Can work independently effectively<\/span>Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
