You will be responsible for performing integrations which typically involve coding, developing requirements, estimating tasks, and providing technical leadership to our offshore development team. Your expertise in software development, cloud platforms, and integration processes will be essential in executing integration projects and guiding the development team. Additionally, you will analyse integration processes to identify commonalities and implement improvements for greater efficiency and reuse. We are a 100% remote company, but have regional concentrations of team members in Canada, the United States and Sri Lanka. In this role you will be coordinating with team members in every location.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands-On Integration: Perform coding tasks required for integrations in order to become an expert in our integration processes and technologies.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the offshore development team.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison Role: Serve as the primary technical point of contact between U.S. customers and the development team in Sri Lanka.<\/li>\n<li>Requirement Development: Gather, analyze, and document customer requirements for integration projects.<\/li>\n<li>Task Estimation: Evaluate and estimate the time and resources needed for development tasks.<\/li>\n<li>Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate the activities of the offshore development team to ensure project milestones are met.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Identify commonalities across different integrations and enhance our systems to improve efficiency and promote code reuse.<\/li>\n<li>Project Execution: Oversee the integration process from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with customer expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Quality Assurance: Monitor project outcomes to ensure they meet quality standards and customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update internal and external stakeholders on project status, challenges, and solutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software integration, development, or a related technical role.<\/li>\n<li>Technical Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong proficiency in software development and coding practices.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with programming languages such as PHP, Python, or JavaScript.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of databases such as SQL or NoSQL databases.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with API integrations and file-based data exchange.<\/li>\n<li>Understanding of web technologies and frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement: Demonstrated ability to analyze processes and implement improvements for efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Communication Skills:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, especially with non-technical stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written skills, to effectively communicate with U.S customers.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.<\/li>\n<li>Preferred Qualifications:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with PHP, AWS services (especially S3), React, and SQL.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with cloud-based integration tools.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant technical certifications.<\/li>\n<li>Food service experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Who We Are<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Cut+Dry is a fast-growing FoodTech startup searching for flexible go-getters who welcome the challenge of meeting the needs of a rapidly expanding business.
