We treasure every talent, and recognize merit and diversity in our organization.<\/span>“<\/span>Job Description<\/b><\/span>Job Summary<\/b><\/span>We are seeking a subject matter expert with extensive mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience to oversee equipment maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance to enhance asset robustness.<\/span>This role involves managing daily operations, Taking upgradation & modification projects, ensuring equipment uptime, conducting root cause analysis (RCA) for breakdowns, and implementing robust corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Expertise in GMP ,vendor coordination, spare parts management, and good documentation practices is essential.<\/span>The individual will also be responsible for training apprentices on equipment functionality and driving continuous improvement initiatives like LMS to support seamless production with minimal downtime.<\/span>Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Diploma \/B.Tech Mechanical<\/span>Experience : 8-12 Years<\/span>Additional Information<\/b><\/span>About the Department – Global Manufacturing Organisation (GMO)<\/span>At Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on global healthcare through precision manufacturing and innovation.
