You will work to ensure that organizational processes comply with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Your expertise in process optimization, risk management, and internal controls will play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvement and ensuring operational efficiency.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits with a focus on process audits, ensuring audit objectives are achieved.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate the design and effectiveness of internal controls over various business processes, including procurement, finance, HR, credit and operations.<\/li>\n<li>Perform risk assessments of key business processes to identify areas of improvement and potential risks.<\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed audit plans, including timelines, audit procedures, and resource allocation.<\/li>\n<li>Analyze complex data, process flows, and audit findings to provide insights and actionable recommendations to senior management.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with various departments to understand operational challenges and provide process improvement recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Present audit findings and recommendations to senior leadership and work closely with the management team to implement corrective actions.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and conduct follow-up audits where necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Stay current with industry trends, emerging risks, and evolving audit methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and train junior auditors on audit processes, risk assessment, and reporting standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>Professional certification (e.g., CIA, CPA, CISA) is highly preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, with a strong focus on process audits.<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 3 years of Internal Audit experience in the financial sector.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant experience in designing audit processes for Corporate Credit Departments.<\/li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of industry regulations, risk management frameworks, and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in Arabic and English.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Key Competencies &#038; Skills: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong knowledge of auditing standards, risk management, and internal controls.<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in process auditing, with a focus on optimizing business processes.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex business processes and identify weaknesses.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent report writing and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly communicate audit findings.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n<li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Experience in using audit management tools and data analytics software.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Our client is a leading financial institution in Kuwait.<br \/><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.kw\/jobad\/kw0e10836768cc33402b4b942679027aab?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Company Description Based in Lebanon and the UAE, Expertise Recruitment is a boutique recruitment company that offers recruiting services including headhunting and executive search, within a wide range of industry sectors.
