YOU LL BE OUR: Program Manager<\/span>YOU LL BE BASED AT: IBC Knowledge Park, Bengaluru<\/span>YOU LL BE ALIGNED WITH: Program Lead<\/span>YOU LL BE A MEMBER OF: Program Management<\/span>WHAT YOU LL DO:<\/span>Work closely with all teams to identify risks on a day-to-day basis, look for mitigations, unblock for technical teams<\/span>Resolve complex issues between teams through facilitation skills<\/span>Report any impediments\/red flags to the Program Management Office and respective functional heads. Raise escalations, handle them, and subsequently plan for solutions while adhering with strict deadlines<\/span>Liaise with different Cross Functional team members in assessing, tracking, and reporting status of programs<\/span>Drive project progress and ensure business results<\/span>Championing our Ways of Work & fostering Strong Communication and a Sense of Collaboration<\/span>HERE S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:<\/span>Experience working with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical\/technology problems<\/span>Experience managing and maintaining complex projects across multiple teams<\/span>Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/span>Good collaboration skills & ability to Build and Scale cohesive and high-performing teams<\/span>A proactive approach to tasks and projects<\/span>Knowledge of the general automotive product development lifecycle(s)<\/span>Strong project management skills<\/span>Attention to detail & focus on continuous improvement<\/span>Scrum\/Agile skills would be a plus<\/span>Demonstrated flexibility and initiative in achieving desired outcomes<\/span>Good understanding of IT systems such as JIRA, PLM, Automation<\/span>YOU BRING TO:<\/span>Bachelor s\/Master s in Engineering with at least 8-10 years of experience in Program Management.<\/span>MBA and PMP\/PGMP desired<\/p>\n
