{"id":5257,"date":"2024-11-23T08:59:14","date_gmt":"2024-11-23T08:59:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/master-urban-planning-department-manager-water-systems-distribution\/"},"modified":"2024-11-23T08:59:14","modified_gmt":"2024-11-23T08:59:14","slug":"master-urban-planning-department-manager-water-systems-distribution","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/master-urban-planning-department-manager-water-systems-distribution\/","title":{"rendered":"Master \/ Urban Planning Department Manager &#8211; Water Systems &#038; Distribution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Adopting and implementing Clients PMM and EXPROs Five-Year Projects.<\/li>\n<li>Portfolio Planning (5 YPPP) processes and methodologies.<\/li>\n<li>Project registration and managing initial stages of the Stage-Gate process.<\/li>\n<li>Review and update the National Guideline for the Master Planning.<\/li>\n<li>Manage the development of the National Master Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Review Clusters Master Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve the Capital Investment Plan (CIP) that the Local Master Plan identifies.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all projects identified within the CIP contribute toward achieving the KPIs.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve the project&#8217;s business cases.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all projects are aligned with the requirements of the Master Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the cluster to prepare\/update the 5YPPP periodically.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritize projects within the 5 YPPP based on the approved criteria.<\/li>\n<li>Update and finalize the 5YPPP based on the comment from the EXPRO team.<\/li>\n<li>Work with other client departments to develop the capital expenditure for their specialized program.<\/li>\n<li>Supporting the Client in coordinating with external governmental departments such as municipalities to ensure the alignment of their projects with their expansion plans.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the supply and demand committee to update their plan regularly.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the implementation of the regional Master Plans and their identified CIPs.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing the capability of the Clients existing department staff and recommending appropriate roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Integrate clients assets GIS data in one database platform.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the Strategic Planning department knowledge transfer program, which includes comprehensive on-the-job learning.<\/li>\n<li>Working with the Client to coordinate the water and wastewater service with the main developers.<\/li>\n<li>Draft agreements and MOUs to provide services for the developers.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate with the regional clusters to ensure the timely execution of agreements and relevant projects.<\/li>\n<li>Attend coordination meetings with the main developers.<\/li>\n<li>Review mega project requirements for water and wastewater service and ensure these requirements are included within the master plans.<\/li>\n<li>Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures within Hill International and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.<\/li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager\/supervisor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa3580cc2fe661a80efae2f2061c973a4f?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: Adopting and implementing Clients PMM and EXPROs Five-Year Projects.
