Including managing the development and implementation of budgets and baselines to meet the project objectives and ensure adherence to the policies and procedures of the project.<\/li>\n<li>Assessing the capability of project control staff and recommending appropriate roles and responsibilities.<\/li>\n<li>Inputting to the project control department knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on-the-job learning.<\/li>\n<li>Developing and getting ratified section operating structure and department operating processes and procedures based on the PMM processes and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Controlling and monitoring project schedules from registration to handover.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing the relevant Stage Gate Process on all new and existing projects.<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring that all projects provide input to monthly dashboards, consistent with project guidelines.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking cost-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining portfolio cost reports, showing the budget for each project, forecast commitments, and actual costs.<\/li>\n<li>Defining cost requirements for contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing financial input for contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Preparation of consolidated cost report.<\/li>\n<li>Establish project invoices register and update it every month.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the project&#8217;s cash flow and available funds.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing PMM standard planning and scheduling processes and procedures Qualifications.<\/li>\n<li>Undertaking all planning and schedule-related activities.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining portfolio level 1 management schedule showing plan\/actual\/forecast for each project in a single line highlighting critical projects.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing and maintaining a level 1 stage gate schedule for each project.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing schedules for projects before bidding.<\/li>\n<li>Defining schedule requirements for contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluating bidder&#8217;s schedule submittals.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing milestones and schedules input for contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining Master Schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing consolidated schedule performance report.<\/li>\n<li>Review and approve baseline schedules submitted by the contractor.<\/li>\n<li>Review the recovery plans and corrective actions as proposed by contractors and accepted by the supervision consultant.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing an Enterprise Documents Management System (EDMS) per relevant retention legislation.<\/li>\n<li>Developing a structure and archiving project documents.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing document management input for contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing the Document Management department knowledge transfer program which includes comprehensive on-the-job learning.<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring and auditing of clusters Document Management performance, including spot checks and other verification of adherence to project record filing requirements per project.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing testing and commissioning scope of work for construction RFPs.<\/li>\n<li>Reviewing testing and commissioning aspects of contractors&#8217; proposed Project Execution Plans.<\/li>\n<li>Preparing testing and commissioning input to contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Assigning testing and commissioning resources to projects.<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining functional responsibility for testing and commissioning resources assigned to projects<\/li>\n<li>Maintaining overall responsibility for construction contractor\/subcontractor testing and commissioning performance and adherence to their respective contracts.<\/li>\n<li>Development and rectification of department operating structure [Org.
