Tracking Authority approvals, monitoring, escalation, expediting issues, issue resolution and risk mitigation.<\/li>\n<li>Will develop a Stakeholder Engagement Plan.<\/li>\n<li>Main point of communication with the client on all authority issues.<\/li>\n<li>Issue Monthly Stakeholder Report.<\/li>\n<li>Presentable and strong communication skills.<\/li>\n<li>Develop RFPs and scope for master planning and design consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Technically review and suggest best practices for the design of all product types.<\/li>\n<li>Study and implement improved efficiencies for design and construction stages.<\/li>\n<li>Identify engineering grey areas on given project documents and suggest, within a short time course of actions, rectify as necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Perform redline reviews of all plans during each design stage for suggested value engineering.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute with the urban planning and design of product.<\/li>\n<li>Attend, manage, and take minutes to ensure compliance of design consultants to adhere to schedule of deliverables, and full coordination between all disciplines.<\/li>\n<li>Support Procurement and Contracts department.<\/li>\n<li>Reviews and analyzes design requirements and establishes scope of work and priorities for the different engineering services departments.<\/li>\n<li>Follows-up &#038; assists the Project Management during the execution phases to ensure client design requirements are fulfilled.<\/li>\n<li>Organizes &#038; conducts coordination meetings with internal departments and third-party teams to evaluate progress of work and ensure alignment or work conducted by each trade, and compliance with requirements and standards.<\/li>\n<li>Meets with Consultants to clarify project design requirements and follow-up approvals.<\/li>\n<li>Guides and reviews the work of design consultants to ensure progress is within schedule and complies with requirements, policies, and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies measures to reduce technical studies costs.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain and develop the design and planning goals and needs of the projects.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinate these goals and needs with client to assure project compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Develop or collect the various project goals and needs.<\/li>\n<li>Develop physical area and use programs for various projects.<\/li>\n<li>Align lessons learned on field trips with goals and needs and adjust to meet cultural requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Attend design meetings with consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the Design and Studies Progress and ensure that the requirements of the Client are clearly communicated to the consultants.<\/li>\n<li>Provide comments on design documents and ensure compliance with Client&#8217;s objectives and requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Manage, coordinate, and monitor all design development including obtaining Client&#8217;s approval of the design.<\/li>\n<li>Manage and coordinate dissemination of design information to all relevant parties in a timely manner.<\/li>\n<li>Manage design deliverables according to project priorities and approved time schedule.<\/li>\n<li>Establish, develop, and monitor the appropriate procedures to manage all the above activities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.sa\/jobad\/sa6af4f523e58f04de07ed7f08f7772d11?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>General Description of Role and Responsibilities: The Senior Manager Interface &amp; Stakeholders will be the primary contact with all external parties and will meet, discuss, and understand their needs and issues and manage their expectations.
