This may include implementations of hardware and software solutions, Project management and other consultancy services. Provide pre-sales technical support to the Sales teams on Canon and 3rd party Hardware and Software solutions as required. This role reports to the Manager &#8211; Professional Services &#038; offers high degree of flexibility in operating, it may be based from NSW or QLD.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Main Duties<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Implementation of Canon solutions<\/li>\n<li>implementation of solutions for customers incorporating both Canon and 3rd party products, ensuring any proposed solution is technically correct and meets the customer requirements<\/li>\n<li>Workshops, scoping and solution formation around Canon and partner products<\/li>\n<li>Ensure customer facing Projects Productivity and Efficiency on average are 100%<\/li>\n<li>Identify, document and report to Sales Change Requests and New Opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Provision of technical support to the Sales team during the pre-sales process<\/li>\n<li>Keep track of billable hours and feed information through to line Manager via relevant system<\/li>\n<li>Develop, maintain and implement methodologies and standards within the Professional Services team<\/li>\n<li>Coach other Services team members and Sales team in areas of expertise<\/li>\n<li>Project management of large implementations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About You<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>To be successful in this role, you will have IT background &#038; experience in managing projects. You would also possess a high level of understanding and application of most of the following: &#8211; Imaging, Document Management, Workflow and \/ or similar technologies, Production Printing and Colour Management. a high level of understanding and application of some or all of Imaging, Document Management, Workflow and \/ or similar technologies, Production Printing and Colour Management. You would have proven ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively across multiple simultaneous project. Key Skills &#038; Experience include &#8211; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum 5 years work experience in Information Technology, IT systems integration and\/or Consulting;<\/li>\n<li>Specialist knowledge across one or more technologies \/ expertise with strong analytical skills. Able to contribute in a number of technical &#038; consulting areas to complex customer situations &#038; solutions.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of and experience with Standard IT environments and the protocols used.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of printing \/ imaging solutions with experience in Pre-Sales preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Reasonably high level of business and organisational understanding, as applied in the consulting and development environment.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to communicate well with all levels (internal and external) in both business and technical contexts.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines effectively across multiple simultaneous project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> In return you will get the chance to work for a multinational company, with a real opportunity to take your skills to the next level.
