Summary<\/b><\/span>The role will manage, design, and enhance the organization’s compensation structures and benefits programs. This role will ensure alignment with both business goals and employee needs, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits offerings while adhering to legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines.<\/span>Your role in our mission<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>1. Compensation Strategy and Design:<\/span>Develop, implement, and manage the organization’s compensation philosophy and strategy.
\n Design and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs.
\n Conduct market research and benchmark salary data to ensure competitive compensation offerings. (Preferably worked with AON)
\n Oversee and ensure the proper implementation of merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.
\n Provide leadership and consultation on compensation-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<\/span>2. Benefits Program Management:<\/span>Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.
\n Work with external vendors and brokers to negotiate and evaluate benefit offerings and pricing.
\n Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations
\n Collaborate with HR to design and communicate benefits offerings effectively to employees.<\/span>3. Data Analysis and Reporting:<\/span>Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.
\n Develop and present reports to senior management and leadership teams on compensation and benefits performance and costs.<\/span>4. Compliance and Legal Knowledge:<\/span>Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, including state and local labour laws, benefits regulations, and tax laws.
\n Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with changing legal requirements.<\/span>5. Employee Education and Communication:<\/span>Conduct training or informational sessions for employees and managers to better understand compensation policies and benefits programs.
\n Serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking clarification about their compensation and benefits packages.<\/span>6. Performance Management and Reward Systems:<\/span>Partner with the HR team and management to integrate compensation and benefits with overall performance management and employee recognition programs.
\n Advise leadership on reward strategies that support talent retention, motivation, and attraction.<\/span>7. Project Management:<\/span>Lead or participate in various compensation and benefits-related projects, such as system upgrades, benefits open enrollment, or compensation redesigns.
\n Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for new compensation\/benefit structures that align with emerging practices or organizational changes
Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits
\n Education: MBA HR preferred
\n Certifications: Professional certifications preferred
\n Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP SF systems, payroll systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
\n Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures, labor laws, market trends, and best practices in total rewards.
\n Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
\n Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external vendors.<\/span>Preferred Skills:<\/b><\/span>Ability to lead change and innovation in compensation\/benefits offerings.
\n Global compensation knowledge for multinational organizations.
\n Experience with advanced data analysis or predictive modeling techniques in compensation.
\n Ability to work independently, as part of a team and lead others as and when required.<\/p>\n
