This role will ensure alignment with both business goals and employee needs, ensuring competitive compensation and benefits offerings while adhering to legal, regulatory, and internal guidelines.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Your role in our mission<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>1. Compensation Strategy and Design:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develop, implement, and manage the organization&#8217;s compensation philosophy and strategy.<br \/>\n       Design and maintain salary structures, pay grades, and incentive programs.<br \/>\n       Conduct market research and benchmark salary data to ensure competitive compensation offerings. (Preferably worked with AON)<br \/>\n       Oversee and ensure the proper implementation of merit increases, promotions, and incentive programs.<br \/>\n       Provide leadership and consultation on compensation-related matters, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>2. Benefits Program Management:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, wellness programs, and other perks.<br \/>\n       Work with external vendors and brokers to negotiate and evaluate benefit offerings and pricing.<br \/>\n       Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable benefits regulations<br \/>\n       Collaborate with HR to design and communicate benefits offerings effectively to employees.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>3. Data Analysis and Reporting:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Conduct regular analysis of compensation and benefits data to identify trends, gaps, and areas for improvement.<br \/>\n       Develop and present reports to senior management and leadership teams on compensation and benefits performance and costs.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>4. Compliance and Legal Knowledge:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure that all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations, including state and local labour laws, benefits regulations, and tax laws.<br \/>\n       Regularly review and update policies to ensure compliance with changing legal requirements.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5. Employee Education and Communication:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Conduct training or informational sessions for employees and managers to better understand compensation policies and benefits programs.<br \/>\n       Serve as the main point of contact for employees seeking clarification about their compensation and benefits packages.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>6. Performance Management and Reward Systems:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Partner with the HR team and management to integrate compensation and benefits with overall performance management and employee recognition programs.<br \/>\n       Advise leadership on reward strategies that support talent retention, motivation, and attraction.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>7. Project Management:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead or participate in various compensation and benefits-related projects, such as system upgrades, benefits open enrollment, or compensation redesigns.<br \/>\n       Stay current with industry trends and make recommendations for new compensation\/benefit structures that align with emerging practices or organizational changes<br \/><b>Required Skills and Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits<br \/>\n       Education: MBA HR preferred<br \/>\n       Certifications: Professional certifications preferred<br \/>\n       Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SAP SF systems, payroll systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).<br \/>\n       Knowledge: Strong understanding of compensation and benefits structures, labor laws, market trends, and best practices in total rewards.<br \/>\n       Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.<br \/>\n       Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external vendors.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Preferred Skills:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to lead change and innovation in compensation\/benefits offerings.<br \/>\n       Global compensation knowledge for multinational organizations.<br \/>\n       Experience with advanced data analysis or predictive modeling techniques in compensation.<br \/>\n       Ability to work independently, as part of a team and lead others as and when required.<\/p>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in896d44d12a43d3e79e1cd7117b45a52e?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Summary The role will manage, design, and enhance the organization&#8217;s compensation structures and benefits programs.
