The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing chatbot solutions using Azure, ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in these platforms and a passion for innovation.<\/span>See yourself in the team<\/span>End User Experience (EUX) builds, runs, and monitors some of the Group\u2019s largest platforms and systems. We\u2019re focused on providing the latest tools, technology, and resources to enhance the way our teams work together.<\/span>Key Responsibilities<\/b><\/span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse, design, and develop software solutions using ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms following an Agile methodology.<\/span>Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that meets the project requirements.<\/span>Participate in code review and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.<\/span>Continuously improve the quality and performance of the software.<\/span>Oversee the troubleshooting and debugging of issues in a timely manner.<\/span>Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams development.<\/span>Ensure the software meets the project requirements, specifications, and timelines.<\/span>Participate in testing and deployment of the software.<\/span>Configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams platforms to meet business needs.<\/span>We’re interested in hearing from people who<\/span>Are familiar with the Full Cycle model, where engineers are involved in Design, Build, Challenge and Run<\/span>Have strong communication skills and can interact with all levels of stakeholders confidently<\/span>Technical Skills<\/b><\/span>We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don\u2019t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team;<\/span>Strong understanding of self-service and chatbot technology and related tools and platforms.<\/span>Deep experience with Azure Bot Framework, including Bot Framework SDK, Bot Framework Composer, and Azure Cognitive Services.<\/span>Highly proficient in both C# (.NET 8) and Python.<\/span>Extensive experience in developing Gen-AI driven chatbots using Azure solutions, including Azure Bot Services and Bot Framework or equivalence on AWS.<\/span>Proficient in the development of voice-based chatbots and IVR solutions exp is desirable<\/span>Highly proficient in state-of-the-art RAG techniques (including Graph-RAG) and leveraging local LLMs, HuggingFace, LangChain, LLamaIndex, and multi-modal LLMs.<\/span>Experience in SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Cosmo DB.<\/span>Experience in GraphAPI, M365, and ServiceNow integrations is desirable.<\/span>Relevant expert-level professional certificates on Azure or AWS will be highly regarded.<\/span>Working with us<\/span>Whether you\u2019re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with CommBank is for you.<\/span>Our people bring their diverse backgrounds and unique perspectives to build a respectful, inclusive, and flexible workplace with flexible work locations.
