Their analytical expertise and collaborative spirit are essential to Rubrik&#8217;s innovation-driven and results-oriented culture.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>About The Role<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Rubrik is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our FP&#038;A team as an Individual Contributor (IC). In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing financial visibility, planning, and strategic insights across the organization. As a key member of the Go-To-Market (GTM) Finance team, you will work with global cross-functional teams to analyze financial performance, support strategic decision-making, and contribute to Rubrik&#8217;s growth trajectory.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you&#8221;ll do: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>GTM Finance Team : The Financial Analyst will be a key member of the Go-To-Market Finance team within the FP&#038;A Team.<\/li>\n<li>Accrual Tracking and Reporting : Ensure accurate calculation, tracking, and reporting of accruals to maintain compliance with accounting standards and support financial closing processes.<\/li>\n<li>Financial Planning &#038; Forecasting : Assist in preparing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals.<\/li>\n<li>Reporting &#038; Analysis : Develop and maintain detailed financial models, dashboards, and reports to track key performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights to stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Variance Analysis : Perform in-depth analysis of financial results versus forecasts, budgets, and prior periods to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Global Commissions Management : Oversee global commissions by ensuring precise calculations, timely reporting, and alignment with organizational objectives <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with business leaders and teams across functions to provide financial support and improve overall financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Ad-Hoc Projects : Support strategic initiatives, business case evaluations, and special projects to drive growth and operational efficiencies.<\/li>\n<li>Process Improvement : Identify and implement process enhancements to improve the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of financial reporting and planning processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Experience you&#8217;ll need:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: MBA(Finance) or CA<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2-3 years of experience in FP&#038;A, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.<\/li>\n<li>Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Work Ethic: Self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred Skills\/Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with Adaptive Insights, NetSuite, Salesforce, Tableau, Xactly<\/li>\n<li>Prior experience managing commissions and conducting Variance Analysis Meetings.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with sales finance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Location &#038; Work Hours <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka<\/li>\n<li>Work Hours: 8 AM &#8211; 5 PM PST (Night Shift)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Join Us in Securing the World&#8217;s Data<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Rubrik (NYSE: RBRK) is on a mission to secure the world&#8217;s data.
