In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible to provide specialist recruitment services to our clients across APAC &#038; NAM regions. You will serve as a key member of the leadership team and will collaborate widely with regional and global stakeholders, vice presidents of client delivery, HR leaders and clients.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What&#8217;ll you do?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing and managing processes for service delivery<\/li>\n<li>Acting as the main contact for clients and stakeholders<\/li>\n<li>Overseeing regional business operations &#8211; APAC\/NAM<\/li>\n<li>Coaching onsite teams in a complex environment for timely delivery and productivity<\/li>\n<li>As Director, you&#8217;ll create strategies to meet client expectations based on SLAs.<\/li>\n<li>Also responsible for fostering a positive client relationship.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Serve as the primary client contact and escalation point for operational issues.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Directors across various Lines of Business to set and meet expectations.<\/li>\n<li>Engage proactively with clients to understand recruitment needs and ensure appropriate resourcing strategies and forecasting align.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure the team meets internal and client KPIs and SLAs. Analyze SLAs and delivery costs to identify improvements in quality and productivity while meeting targets.<\/li>\n<li>Refine client processes, implement solutions to streamline workflows, and enhance efficiency.<\/li>\n<li>Develop accounts by upselling existing solutions and collaborating with Randstad colleagues.<\/li>\n<li>Manage project-based tasks and reporting to ensure smooth account operations. Prepare reports for effective management of information.<\/li>\n<li>Oversee financial and administrative processes per company policies for daily business management.<\/li>\n<li>Address escalated commercial and contractual issues according to company guidelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead a team of Directors, Associate Directors, Sr. Managers, Managers, and Associates.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and coaching to maximize team performance.<\/li>\n<li>Assess training needs to support personal development plans.<\/li>\n<li>Give regular constructive feedback to staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> What&#8217;ll you bring?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>15-20 years in corporate roles, ideally in BPO\/KPO\/ITES\/Recruitment Operations within a fast-paced environment. in a BPO or similar model.<\/li>\n<li>8+ years in leadership. Skilled in leading change and managing cross-functional stakeholders. Able to engage in relevant conversations with leadership.<\/li>\n<li>Analytical mindset with change management experience.<\/li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of core processes and service delivery. Excellent consulting, leadership, and mentoring skills.<\/li>\n<li>Positive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and eagerness to learn.
