The IT Controls Transformation Senior Manager will be responsible for delivering elements of the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) pillar of the global finance transformation programme, as well as supporting the other finance transformation pillars (e.g. finance ERP implementation) by providing ICFR input and insight. The IT Controls Transformation Manager will report to the Head of IT Controls Transformation.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The ICFR pillar includes the delivery of : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Transformation of the ICFR annual cycle<\/li>\n<li>flutTransformation of how ICFR are designed, implemented and operated, across the global organisation<\/li>\n<li>ICFR support for the wider transformation being delivered through the finance transformation programme, which cover data, systems, people, organisation design, and global process owners.<\/li>\n<li>Project management and oversight for the implementation of deficiency remediation, for the purposes of SOX 404 (a) and (b) reporting.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> The ICFR pillar covers business and IT processes both at the group and within divisions. Our current staffing model is to use external resources (e.g. from a Big 4 firm). The roles performed by external resources are being converted into 3 year full-time contractors if the roles will last for the duration of the finance transformation programme, or permanent employees if we identify new ongoing requirements that will continue beyond the end of the finance transformation programme.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Accountabilities &#038; Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the day to day delivery of specific short-term transformation and long-term transformation elements of the ICFR project plan, focused on IT controls at the group and within the divisions. This includes IT general controls across the full spectrum of IT domains and IT automated controls.<\/li>\n<li>Where relevant, manage the external support, to deliver the specific elements of the ICFR project plan according to the planned costs and timetable.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute towards regular project management reporting to the Head of IT Controls Transformation and the Head of Business Controls Transformation.<\/li>\n<li>Highlight potential challenges or revisions necessary to scope, timetable, resources or dependencies.<\/li>\n<li>Identify improvement opportunities within the specific elements of the ICFR project plan that you are managing, both short-term and long-term, for example process changes or the automation of a particular control.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with Business Controls Transformation peers delivering specific business elements of the ICFR project and with the Internal Controls team, who lead management\u2019s testing activities.<\/li>\n<li>If necessary, prepare briefing documents for the Group\u2019s external auditors on the elements of the ICFR project plan that you are managing.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with the teams of other key internal stakeholders who have ownership in some or all of the ICFR project plan, to deliver the necessary transformation and address concerns they may have.
