The team sits within the Finance organization and comprises nine teams with more than 250 colleagues across the globe.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>QATV is the critical First Line Testing for key BCBS 239 reports and quality assurance and issue management across Finance. We will continue to enhance our methodology, deliver enterprise-wide frameworks, and drive controlled and consistent results with our partners.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>This is an exciting time to join QATV with growth plans and business critical deliverables across all regions.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The Fin Solutions Lead Analyst is accountable for management of complex\/critical\/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity. Generally accountable for delivery of a full range of services to one or more businesses\/ geographic regions. Excellent communication skills required in order to negotiate internally, often at a senior level. Some external communication may be necessary. Accountable for the end results of an area. Exercises control over resources, policy formulation and planning. Primarily affects a sub-function. Involved in short- to medium-term planning of actions and resources for own area.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to the design, roll-out and governance of financial solutions, including:<\/li>\n<li>Participates in formulating and setting strategic direction for the process, organization and architecture covering Finance across Citi businesses, products, functions and locations<\/li>\n<li>Assists in setting business and information architecture standards for Finance<\/li>\n<li>Plays a part in settling and operating necessary forums and frameworks to establish and govern policies and starts for global Finance processes<\/li>\n<li>Participates in assessing and incorporating changing business, regulatory and market information needs into finance processes and applications<\/li>\n<li>Manages a small team, or function as a single incumbent with management responsibilities for a function.<\/li>\n<li>Integrates expertise and industry expertise within a defined area.<\/li>\n<li>Advises on standards around which others will operate.<\/li>\n<li>Coordinates and contributes to the ideas of the entire function.<\/li>\n<li>Performs other duties and functions as assigned<\/li>\n<li>Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.<\/li>\n<li>Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.<\/li>\n<li>Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and \/or other team members.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to manage teams.<\/li>\n<li>Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm&#8217;s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualification<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>6-10+ years of relevant experience, within the financial services industry preferred<\/li>\n<li>Recognized technical authority for an area within the business.<\/li>\n<li>Requires communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide and influence others.<\/li>\n<li>Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions.<\/li>\n<li>In depth knowledge of banking products \/ systems preferred.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high-quality deliverables according to strict timetables.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to implement continuous improvement and innovative solution to complex problems.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient Microsoft Office skills<\/li>\n<li>Advanced Excel skills with working knowledge of Power BI a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Advanced SharePoint Skills with utilizing Lists, Power BI and Forms to facilitate automation a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s\/University degree, Master\u2019s degree preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Key Skills<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of financial reporting and testing requirements<\/li>\n<li>Stakeholder management and communication<\/li>\n<li>Data analysis, profiling, and reporting<\/li>\n<li>Quality assurance and risk management<\/li>\n<li>Governance and oversight<\/li>\n<li>Analytical skills for issue identification and resolution<\/li>\n<li>People management and working across teams<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Family Group: Finance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Family: Fin Solutions Dsgn &#038; Implement<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Time Type: Full time<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries (&#8220;Citi\u201d) invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
