This role is pivotal in launching and driving the usage of our mobile app, which will focus on Gia, G-P&#8217;s AI Advisor for HR. The app will be developed for both iOS and Android platforms, and the position is fully remote within India.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you&#8217;ll do::<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the mobile app, aligning with the company&#8217;s goals and objectives. Define the product vision and roadmap for Gia&#8217;s mobile application.<\/li>\n<li>Cross-Platform Development: Lead the development and launch of the mobile app on both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience across devices.<\/li>\n<li>User Engagement and Growth: Drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies to maximize the app&#8217;s reach and impact. Analyze user feedback and data to improve the app&#8217;s features and functionality continuously.<\/li>\n<li>Collaboration and Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality products on time.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership and mentorship to junior product managers and team members.<\/li>\n<li>Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
