In addition to competitive compensation and benefits, we invite you to join us in expanding your skills and helping to reshape the future of work.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At G-P, we assist organizations in building exceptional global teams in days, not months-streamlining the hiring, onboarding, and management process to unlock growth potential for all.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will do:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop our cloud-enabled products, working on all parts of the code stack as we utilize modern frameworks and technologies<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with stakeholders within the business including Product team and User Experience team to understand their requirements\/criteria<\/li>\n<li>Mentor Software Engineers to allow for knowledge development through advice, coaching and training opportunities<\/li>\n<li>Advocate and evangelize modern agile methodologies and best practices<\/li>\n<li>Take a lead role in translating requirements to sprint stories and executing on them<\/li>\n<li>Build quick prototypes to refine concepts, then turn them into real production-quality features.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the evolution of the SDLC and the tech stack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What we&#8217;re looking for:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams<\/li>\n<li>Experience developing &#038; integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> with knowledge in some or all of the following; Node.js Typescript, React, Java, APIs, modern databases * Previous knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies. <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with AWS<\/li>\n<li>Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.<\/li>\n<li>B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #LI-AK1<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws, including the National Vetting Bureau (Children and Vulnerable Persons) Act 2012, the Private Security Services Act 2004, and the Criminal Justice (Spent Convictions and Certain Disclosures) Act 2016.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>G-P.
