\n Lead Technical Execution & Delivery
\n – Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using React, Java, Spring Boot, PostgresDB, Apache NiFi, Hadoop, Snowflake, and other modern technologies.
\n – Break down high-level requirements into well-defined technical solutions and estimates.
\n – Drive technical decision-making, ensuring alignment with architecture and security best practices.
\n – Lead technical refinements, provide accurate work estimates, and manage technical dependencies.
\n – Identify and remove technical roadblocks, ensuring smooth team execution.
\n – Take ownership of non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, etc.).<\/span>Mentor & Guide the Team
\n – Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching to engineers of all levels.
\n – Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
\n – Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.<\/span>Collaborate Across Teams
\n – Partner with Product Managers and System Architects to align technical and business priorities.
\n – Work closely with Quality Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure well-defined and actionable backlog items.
\n – Support project managers in identifying and managing technical dependencies.
\n – Lead demos and contribute to stakeholder presentations.
\n – Consult on customer incidents and ensure swift resolution of issues.<\/span>Champion Engineering Excellence
\n – Advocate for clean, maintainable, and testable code.
\n – Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, continuously improving engineering practices.
\n – Promote DevOps and CI\/CD best practices for efficient and reliable software delivery.

\n Technical & Engineering Skills
\n – 8+ years of experience developing enterprise-grade applications.
\n – Strong full-stack experience with Java, Spring Boot, React, and relational databases (PostgresDB preferred).
\n – Knowledge of big data technologies like Hadoop, Snowflake, and Apache NiFi.
\n – Experience designing and building scalable, high-performance systems.
\n – Proficiency in API development, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, PCF).
\n – Deep understanding of security, performance, and non-functional requirements.
\n – Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.<\/span>Leadership & Collaboration
\n – Proven experience mentoring and guiding engineers.
\n – Strong communication skills\u2014able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
\n – Experience working in Agile\/Scrum\/SAFe environments.
