As such, you will work with a multidisciplinary team of highly skilled engineers, in close collaboration with your Product and Design partners, with the goal of maintaining and expanding our best-in-class contract management offerings. The right candidate for this role is a problem solver first and foremost – they should enjoy tackling challenging problems, coming up with creative solutions, and guiding and teaching their counterparts and teammates about how to utilise their solutions.<\/span>Basic Qualifications<\/b><\/span>4+ years of experience in software engineering<\/span>3+ years experience with Python and a Python web development framework (FastAPI, Flask, or Django)<\/span>3+ years with PostgreSQL DB and SQL<\/span>Other Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Experienced in building and operating SaaS products in cloud environments (AWS preferred)<\/span>Experienced in the technologies and tradeoffs involved in building modern distributed systems<\/span>Knowledge of modern software development practices (devops, automated testing, observability, etc)<\/span>Proficient in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)<\/span>Familiarity with Elasticsearch<\/span>Familiarity with multiple programming languages such as Java (backend) and Typescript (back\/front end) a plus<\/span>Successful track record of operating as part of multi-functional teams in fast-paced, agile environments<\/span>Highly effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences<\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with legal professionals<\/span>Eager to work openly and collaboratively with a diverse team<\/span>Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn hard problems into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research<\/span>Workday Pay Transparency Statement<\/span>The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
