\n Location Coimbatore<\/span>Good To Have Skills:
\n Strong expertise in Kotlin and Java, with a focus on writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
\n In-depth understanding of memory management techniques to optimize app performance.
\n Performance optimization skills, including profiling, debugging, and crash analysis to enhance responsiveness and efficiency.
\n Knowledge of security best practices for Android apps, including Google Play Integrity API, secure data storage, authentication, encryption, and obfuscation (Proguard, R8).
\n Experience integrating with Ktor for backend communication and RESTful API handling.
\n Exposure to React SDK development, React Native Native Modules, and Flutter for hybrid app development when needed.
\n Strong understanding of Android SDK, multi-modular project structures, backward compatibility (Android 5+), and screen size adaptation.
\n Experience with Jetpack Compose, MVVM, MVI, and Clean Architecture to build scalable and maintainable applications.
\n Proficiency in offline storage solutions, multithreading, and concurrency handling for smooth background processing.
\n Familiarity with CI\/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Bitrise for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
\n Experience in SDK\/library development and local Maven repository setup for Android SDK distribution.
\n Understanding of APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools like Firebase Performance Monitoring or New Relic to ensure app stability.
\n Exposure to dependency injection using Koin for better maintainability and scalability.
\n Strong documentation skills for writing structured technical documentation for both internal teams and clients.<\/span>Roles & Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n Lead the development of high-quality, scalable applications while ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
\n Guide and mentor the team, setting best practices, reviewing code, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
\n Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, UI\/UX, and Backend, to define and implement new features.
\n Take ownership of technical decisions, architecture, and the overall development process.
\n Engage with clients, provide technical guidance, and ensure alignment on project goals and expectations.
