This role is in Pune, MH\u2013HYBRID.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>In this role, you\u2019ll make an impact in the following ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Attends the required Product Backlog Grooming &#038; Planning Meetings to contribute to the Creation of Effective User Stories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comes up with Comprehensive Regression Suites for Applications &#038; Systems.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solves Complex Automation Challenges spanning multiple technologies in a scalable &#038; extensible manner with least amount of maintenance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Continuously improves the Efficiency of the Automation using innovative technologies &#038; thought process in multiple QE Domain Areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotes and Implements the Shift Left Approach in close collaboration with the Application Development Teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Plays a key role in training and bridging the specific skill gaps across the Quality Engineering Domain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Helps resolves issues detected during testing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides QE support to Development, Business and Test teams on internal and external issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Helps with getting down to the Root Cause of the Issues and works with the Engineering Teams to resolve and Validate the Fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensures Continuous Testing, Continuous Integration &#038; Continuous Delivery are enabled for the Apps Automated. Leads and Manages a team of Senior Quality Engineers for solving specific Automation Challenges or Delivery Initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provides them guidance and direction and helps improve team productivity and meet project timelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributes to the achievement of area objectives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> To be successful in this role, we\u2019re seeking the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor Degree BE\/B.tech\/MCA\/BCA<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Quality Engineer will not only inject Quality at each and every layer of the application &#038; every step of the SDLC but also help solve some of the most complex automation challenges that impact a lot of business areas.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Will play a key role in Shifting Left and enable CI\/CD Pipelines.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Very proficient with Selenium , Cucumber BDD framework , Core Java and API Automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Very Proficient in writing SQL for Automated testing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Will also help with constantly improving the efficiency of the Automation Tools and Processes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>May lead a few Senior Quality Engineers on specific initiatives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>DB Expert \u2013 Will support QE Initiatives involving working with Databases &#038; ETL Systems &#038; Associated Automation Technologies. \u2013 Nice to Have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>MQ Expert &#8211; Will support QE Initiatives involving working with complex Messaging Queues &#038; Associated Automation Technologies. \u2013 Nice to Have<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
