SSA is recruiting a Intermediate QS on behalf of a cost consultancy based in Dublin.<\/span>About the role:<\/b><\/span>The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with a cost consultancy firm, assisting on delivering projects through all stages of construction. The successful applicant will report directly to senior stakeholders and assist in overseeing multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must possess strong commercial acumen, be well-versed in current industry regulations.<\/span>Duties include but not limited too:<\/span>– Developing cost plans and budget estimates
\n – Preparing Bills of Quantities
\n – Reviewing and evaluating tenders
\n – Negotiating and agreeing on variations
\n – Providing cost reports
