They will confirm all interviews and ensure candidates are fully prepared. They will conduct prescreens as necessary and assist in sourcing candidates when the pipeline is low.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Schedule candidate interviews to the recruiting team&#8217;s calendar.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the interview process.<\/li>\n<li>Assist with college recruiting, schedule fairs, coordinate internal employees&#8217; participation, and handle logistics and attend events.<\/li>\n<li>Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media platforms, and the Evolution website.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.<\/li>\n<li>Lead communication effort to advertise company referral bonus to internal employees.<\/li>\n<li>Review CVs\/resumes to qualify candidates for further screening.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct a high volume of candidate phone screenings when necessary.<\/li>\n<li>Work on special projects related to branding and advertising Evolution.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with potential candidates who require additional information.<\/li>\n<li>Perform administrative duties necessary to hire and onboard candidates.<\/li>\n<li>Updating the internal systems<\/li>\n<li>Track progress of work towards specified KPIs<\/li>\n<li>Communicate effectively via various channels, demonstrating active listening and presenting clear and concise messaging.<\/li>\n<li>To take responsibility to suggest and then implement any ideas or improvements specifics for the recruitment team.<\/li>\n<li>To push forward attraction and talent selection concepts<\/li>\n<li>Perform at optimal level of efficiency in order to meet business needs.<\/li>\n<li>Take responsibility to finish duties, be it in or outside of working hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> #EVOCTL<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Natural talent of sales or experience in telesales or a similar role is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.<\/li>\n<li>Self-motivated and target-driven<\/li>\n<li>High energy, positive mindset<\/li>\n<li>Very good understanding and use of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines<\/li>\n<li>Ability to guide the candidates through the job offer<\/li>\n<li>Ability to boost candidates&#8217; interest in the job<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work full time (office hours)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Evolution is a market-leading developer and provider of products and services for online casino entertainment.
