Here, we are leading the way by developing the best technologies that have the ability to look closer at the details of cells and diseases..<\/span>About the role<\/b><\/span>As a Senior Software Engineer, you will design, implement, and integrate components across services and devices.<\/span>You must collaborate and communicate effectively with international distributed Agile teams to deliver improvements reliably. You will be expected to contribute to full-stack development, be experienced in the full software development lifecycle, and adhere to a quality management system.<\/span>Main responsibilities will include:<\/b><\/span>Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive estimation and define project milestones, deliverables, and timelines. Ensure the team correctly implements and follows agile methodologies.<\/span>Actively contribute to coding and development tasks. Lead by example in writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code.<\/span>Address complex technical challenges and troubleshoot issues effectively. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.<\/span>Ensure all technical documentation is up-to-date and comprehensive, including architectural designs, API documentation, and deployment procedures.<\/span>Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development and share that learning with the team. Explore and adopt new technologies and methodologies where applicable.<\/span>Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into understandable terms.
