We are empowering businesses and people to succeed with tomorrow\u2019s technology, our purpose is to become the leading digital business bank, powered by the next horizon of technology.<\/span>See yourself in our team<\/span>As part of the Lending Future State Squad, within the Banker Assisted Lending Crew, you will be involved in key strategic initiatives that transform the Business Lending user experience, drive continuous improvement and risk buy-down. You will work closely with the Product Owner and squad to deliver business lending functionality and experience via minor enhancements as well as significant strategic transformation and change delivery.<\/span>We\u2019re interested in hearing from people who:<\/span>Have solid hands-on experience developing APIs, microservices, backend components, data access layers, and driving innovative process improvements that add significant business value<\/span>Are knowledgeable and experienced in AI technology in future proofing our build<\/span>Are passionate designing, developing and deploying high quality software solutions as you are shaping the technical evolution of this system by contributing to end-to-end design, implementation<\/span>Have experience with the full software development lifecycle and delivery using Agile practices with specific focus on the following concepts: source control, CI\/CD, automated testing, infrastructure cloud pipelines, logging and monitoring<\/span>Are ready to execute state-of-the-art coding practices, driving high quality outcomes to solve core business objectives and minimise risks<\/span>Are constantly collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements and contributing to the design<\/span>Pride themselves on their natural drive to educate, communicate and positively influence various stakeholder groups<\/span>Have solid hands-on experience in the banking domain will be advantageous<\/span>Are constantly thinking outside the box and breaking boundaries to solve complex technical problems<\/span>Have solid hands- experience with Cloud native development in AWS<\/span>Are knowledgeable coaching junior engineers, sharing their expertise to uplift and improve software development practices<\/span>Tech Skills<\/span>We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don\u2019t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these will set you up for success in this team:<\/span>Microsoft .Net Technologies such as C#, .Net Framework, .Net Core, MVC, Web API, Kafka<\/span>Front End Technology ReactJs, NextJs<\/span>JavaScript frameworks – Angular, React<\/span>Expertise with Microservices, Restful API design pattern and solution design<\/span>Databases – Oracle, Aurora<\/span>AI tools in AWS or Azure<\/span>DevOps and CI\/CD \u2013 TeamCity, GitHub Copilot or Octopus<\/span>Experience with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus\/Grafana, Splunk, AWS Cloudwatch<\/span>AI & Machine learning and LLM knowledge is desired<\/span>Expertise with Security Engineering principles and implementation<\/span>Cloud native development – AWS preferred<\/span>AWS Cloud \u2013Certification<\/span>Understanding on DevSecOps environment and landscape, SRE Practices<\/span>Working with us<\/span>Whether you\u2019re passionate about customer service, driven by data, or called by creativity, a career with us is for you.<\/span>We support our people with the flexibility to balance where work is done with at least half their time connecting in our Sydney office.
