Join us, the future is ours to shape!<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Purpose:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Field Force Operations team provides analytics and insights that drive field excellence across clinical, medical and commercial for Sandoz worldwide.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate data enabled decision making and execution for Sandoz internal customers by providing techno-functional expertise in short-term and long-term sales operations and strategy.<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to FFO teams by involving in various initiatives like knowledge sharing, on- boarding and training support.<\/li>\n<li>Enable standardization of processed through building process documentation and timely maintenance of knowledge repositories.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Description<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your Key Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Create and deliver below customer requirements as per agreed SLAs (timeliness, accuracy, quality, etc) and drive excellent customer service<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Resource planning and deployment (Segmentation, targeting, call plan management)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Field Performance excellence (goal setting, incentive design &#038; modelling, Incentive operations and reporting)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Field Excellence reporting and insights<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Designs and\/or maintains various technology based solutions that optimizes field excellence activities based on Country commercial excellence needs through varied variety of evolving infrastructure landscape including but not limited to<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Data ETL platforms (Alteryx, SQL, Databricks, etc.)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Workflow management and automation tools (viz Sharepoint, MS PowerApps, RPA, etc)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Analytical platforms and methods (viz Excel, R, Python, Data Science, Machine learning)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Deliver services through structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Creates and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality checklists that will enable excellent quality outputs for all outputs within the function<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Develops and maintains knowledge repositories that captures qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across Sandoz operating markets, etc<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Support team leaders in recruitment and on-boarding of new associates within the organization<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enables growth and improves quality deliverables across the function<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensures exemplary communication with all stakeholders including internal associates, and clients through regular updates with focus on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes and key events<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Comply to all Sandoz operating procedures as per legal \/ IT \/ HR requirements<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What you\u2019ll bring to the role:<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Essential Requirements:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education (minimum\/desirable): Graduate \/ Post Graduate in Technology or Data Science related domains<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Languages: Fluency in English is prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Experience:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Experience (1-3 years) in analytics based organization or pharmaceutical company or Pharma services domain<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should have an understanding of Pharmaceutical business including its regulatory environment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Strong analytical thinking with problem solving approach<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Proven track record of delivery analytics and insights for field excellence and\/or data enable solutions<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Should be customer service oriented and consultative solution delivery<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211; Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You\u2019ll receive:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Breakdown of benefits received in this role.
