These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Those in Salesforce user experience at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for enhancing the user experience of various applications. You will analyse user needs, design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, and offer guidance and support for improving the overall user experience. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise user engagement, increase user satisfaction, and achieve their strategic objectives.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team member\u2019s unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. Manager<br \/>\n       Year of Experience \u20139 Yrs \u2013 12 Yrs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Educational Qualifications: BE \/ B Tech \/ MCA\/ M.Sc \/ M.E \/ M.Tech<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required :-<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>5+ years of experience on React native for mobile solutions development<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5+ years of SFDC experience.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Should have strong technical skills in SFDC (Apex &#038; LWC) and React native to provide solutions<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good hands on React native and Salesforce Configuration and Customization (VisualForce Pages \/ Apex \/ Test Classes) is must.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Implementation experience using Sales\/Service Cloud.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good hands on and understanding of Consumer Goods cloud<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good understanding of the API led architecture<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Needs to have solid experience with rest apis and mobile development frameworks<span class=\"br\"><\/span>CG cloud Accreditation is good to have<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Should have working experience in code packaging and deployment across the environments using tools like Ant etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hands on experience in Salesforce Integration experience is an added advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Hands on experience in Salesforce LDS is an added advantage.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to address security complexities, and design solutions aligning with SFDC security models.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Maintain a holistic view of all business processes and users in the system to understand cross functional impacts with regard to configuration, process, workflow and reporting<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Lead user requirement sessions and document user requirements to address changing business needs<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Perform routine review of code, configuration, data, and usage to ensure long term viability, integrity, and adoption<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Plan and estimate design, develop and execute automated processes to create, condition, sanitize, provision and refresh data by using things like Flows etc.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience in working with SLDS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript\/JQuery\/Angular<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Good experience with proposal activities like RFI\/RFP analysis, RAID analysis, resource and effort estimation for SFDC projects.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong in project management and pertain more to agile methodologies<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Should be PD1 certified Developer and at least have Sales or Service cloud certification.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Additional desired skills :-<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Demonstrated understanding of Banking Products and Services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Demonstrated understanding of Business Process and Workflows for Deposit and Lending products and services.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working knowledge in at-least any Object Oriented programming like Java.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for evaluation, testing, and successful implementation of modifications and upgrades in Salesforce<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Review releases from Salesforce.com\/Managed package Apps on regular basis to determine new features that are appropriate for end users<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Define and develop and follow best practices in salesforce<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Able to handle data management inclusive of data load, data translation, data hygiene, data migration and integration.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proven ability to look at technical processes from a strategic standpoint and understand the inter-relationships.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Recommend to team members or customers the appropriate and optimal use\/configuration of a custom build solution.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Should be process oriented and be strong in SDLC<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must be able to think independently and creatively.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Strong communication skills and also negotiation skills, conflict resolution<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Certified as Scrum Master<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Education (if blank, degree and\/or field of study not specified) Degrees\/Field of Study required:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Degrees\/Field of Study preferred:<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required Skills<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Optional Skills Accepting Feedback, Accepting Feedback, Active Listening, Analytical Thinking, Coaching and Feedback, Communication, Creating Mock-Ups, Creativity, Customer Experience (CX) Strategy, Design for Usability, Design Review, Design Thinking, Digital Customer Experience, Embracing Change, Emotional Regulation, Empathy, Experience Design, Graphic Artistry, Human-Centered Design, Inclusion, Intellectual Curiosity, Interface Management, Iterative Design, Learning Agility, Optimism {+ 22 more}<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Desired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Travel Requirements Not Specified<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Available for Work Visa Sponsorship?
