The individual in this role will play a liaison role with the cross functional teams to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities of the Role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a HRIS system Consultant for Human Resources (HR) functions requirement<\/li>\n<li>Liaise with IT Enterprise Applications Departments to provide system requirement support; analyze and leverage technology solutions to meet the needs of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the company.<\/li>\n<li>Assists HR team with technical issues related to the use of HRIS systems and assist in building process with Operations track.<\/li>\n<li>Identifies, tracks, monitors, and communicates on project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that occur during projects. Monitors project work to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed on a timely basis.<\/li>\n<li>Work with HR teams to performs tests to ensure all processes work according to the predetermined goals identified.<\/li>\n<li>Other daily operational work &#8211; maintain trackers, creation of BRD &#038; SOP documents, publish minutes of the meetings, track and update Jira status, preparing release mail, performing access audit etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possess an MBA degree from an accredited college or university with either major in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration.<\/li>\n<li>2-3 (Associate) years of experience in handling HR tools &#8211; analysis, system enhancements, coordination, user testing etc. Skills Required<\/li>\n<li>Strong HR knowledge &#8211; various HR functions, processes etc.<\/li>\n<li>Strong analytical\/problem solving skills.<\/li>\n<li>Considerable ability to follow complex oral and written instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to make routine decisions in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with employees.
