Managing the territory from both a Clinical and Sales aspect in the Eastern Region of Saudi (Dammam, Jubail, and Al Ahsa).<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Promotes and sells Medtronic&#8217;s Diabetes products and services within an assigned geographic area and \/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets.<\/li>\n<li>Develop detailed tactical plans that set SMART objectives for the accelerated progression of Medtronic Diabetes Portfolio.<\/li>\n<li>Fully understand the product application in relation to the Saudi healthcare market.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve of quarterly and annual sales objectives and targets and initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Attend meetings\/workshops and exhibitions as required, which may include some out of hours working from time to time.<\/li>\n<li>Build and maintain an effective network of relevant key opinion leaders within the market.<\/li>\n<li>Promote and present educational programs to professionals in the field.<\/li>\n<li>Meeting HCPs Promote and Present to them Educational and Technical programs.<\/li>\n<li>Educating Patients to onboard them on our Pumps or help Troubleshoot issues.<\/li>\n<li>Following up on Orders with Customer Service &#038; Logistics.<\/li>\n<li>Covering accounts in remote area across Eastern region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Required Knowledge and Experience:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor\u2019s degree required in medical field (in pharmacy or equivalent specialty)<\/li>\n<li>Minimum 2- 3 years of relevant experience as sales representative preferably in diabetes field.<\/li>\n<li>Well familiar with all accounts in Eastern Region (Governmental &#038; Private sector)<\/li>\n<li>Strong Communications &#038; Negotiation skills.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to demonstrate growth and new business gained.<\/li>\n<li>Natural ability to spot a business opportunity and able to persuade and influence others.<\/li>\n<li>Full Current Saudi Driving Licence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferably candidates from similar diabetes industries, Mastering presentation skill.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Physical Job Requirements<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position, but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Benefits &#038; Compensation<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Medtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits Package<br \/>\n       A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
