This role focuses on selling digital services and retail media solutions to a wide range of businesses, ensuring they maximize their engagement with our platform&#8217;s members. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing and retail media.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What you will do:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Sales Execution <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Identify and approach potential clients in the respective market to pitch digital services packages.<\/li>\n<li>Assist in managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.<\/li>\n<li>Work towards achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Client Relationship Management <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.<\/li>\n<li>Provide post-sale support to clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and utilization of services<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Market Research &#038; Analysis <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct research to identify market trends, potential clients, and competitor activity in each region.<\/li>\n<li>Gather client feedback and share insights with the Head of Sales to refine strategies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Collaboration <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with the Head of Sales to align on sales strategies and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to deliver on client requirements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Reporting &#038; Documentation <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deal progress using CRM tools.<\/li>\n<li>Provide regular updates and reports to the Sales Manager on sales performance and market opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Required Skills to be successful: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience in retail media or e-commerce platform and digital marketplace<\/li>\n<li>Experience in Sales<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communications &#038; presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>About the Team:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will be reporting to Head of Sales<span class=\"br\"><\/span>What equips you for the role: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.<\/li>\n<li>5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or retail media.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with the local market UAE &#038; \/or Egypt and\/or KSA markets is a plus.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<\/li>\n<li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding targets.<\/li>\n<li>Proficient in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> We&#8217;re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Before you click \u201capply\u201d: Please read the job description carefully to ensure you can confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you and take the time to put together a well-crafted and personalised CV to further boost your visibility.
