Powered by our purpose &#8211; the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people &#8211; we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.<br \/>\n       We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee- Billing \/Pricing<br \/>\n       We are looking for professionals with OTC proven ability who have worked Billing management and have a good understanding of upstream and downstream process of Order to cash<br \/><b>Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Input and processing advertising contracts; accurately assigning rates and ad tiers.<\/li>\n<li>Provide inputs to the mapping and maintenance of end-to-end Business processes, maintenance of Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs) documentation for Customer master data activities<\/li>\n<li>Assist with generating billing for all advertising revenue within 24 hours<\/li>\n<li>Assist sales organization with ad order entry and rating.<\/li>\n<li>Perform advertising research and assist with resolving customer queries<\/li>\n<li>Input advertising adjustments.<\/li>\n<li>Help resolve rating errors.<\/li>\n<li>Work \u201cwrong rate and rating error queues\u201d in INFOR\/ ADPOINT<\/li>\n<li>Field incoming calls with billing questions.<\/li>\n<li>Customer service to sales reps and external subscribers\/advertisers.<\/li>\n<li>Achieve SLA with zero errors<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><br \/><b>Minimum qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>CA\/CS\/MBA Finance<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience!<\/li>\n<li>Ability to exercise sound judgement and decision-making skills<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication and comprehension skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work well under pressure and effectively handle multiple, concurrent demands and appropriately prioritize responsibilities<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Preferred qualifications <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Good customer handling skills<\/li>\n<li>High Energy level!<\/li>\n<li>Good knowledge of Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Genpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military\/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
