Ensure that all works are undertaken in accordance with CBFS Policies and Procedures and effectively<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ensure Project related requirements are organized to maximize performance<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Accountabilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Operational Procedures <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Make\/ Check and approve all reconciliations for related suspense\/GL accounts in the required frequency and ensure that all receivables and payables are accounted for in the reconciliation statement. Any variances which could be adjusted by the Processor must be checked.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all transactions executed at QE for the day are processed and entries posted.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure all trades in FIT matches with QCSD data and Equation postings<\/li>\n<li>Track all late settlements and error trades and escalate as required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure compliance to operational risk policy, QFMA regulation and compliance guidelines while developing &#038; building new products &#038; growth initiatives.<\/li>\n<li>Identify and implement improvements to processes and systems so that we work efficiently, delivering excellent service and customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<li>Aids in creating a well-defined project management process and champions ongoing process improvements and initiatives for operations team<\/li>\n<li>Serves as Operations Support for the Project Management Workgroups<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross functional team to implement activities on planning processes to assist program managers with delivering key milestones in the program<\/li>\n<li>Conduct post-project reviews and make recommendations for continuous improvement and process development<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Other Accountabilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Quality Control <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>By means of selective checks, ensure that activities as documented in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and checklists are implemented and followed at all times. Where an activity is not documented by an SOP, initiate preparation\/amendment and finalization of the same in accordance with CBFS&#8217;s guidelines<\/li>\n<li>Identify and document processes in line with regulatory requirements and accepted efficient practices for newly launched products\/services. Assume a proactive role in liaising with department Heads and external parties.<\/li>\n<li>Report any adverse events \/ gaps in SOP&#8217;s \/ violation of bank&#8217;s policies to line manager and ensure these are managed in a manner where the negative effects are significantly reduced<\/li>\n<li>Ensure activities in a process, whether undertaken by front office or Operations, conforms to QFMA regulations and report to line manager where a violation is noticed.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure that all finalized audit recommendations are implemented within the agreed timeframes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> MIS and Reports <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Production and timely circulation of periodic ad-hoc management reports<\/li>\n<li>Submit daily reports to Finance and CBFS as per checklist<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Education<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s Degree, in Business-related major<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.com.qa\/jobad\/qa1f9d57b5f3cf7f95a3fe6f54c65972d4?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Read More<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Summary Handle all operational functions involved with client investments at Qatar Stock Exchange.
