We are growing fast and looking for talented, self-motivated people that value collaboration, growth and learning to join our team.<\/span>We’re seeking an intern software engineer like you to join our team.<\/span>What You’ll Do<\/b><\/span>Our 10-week Tech Summer Internship program is the perfect opportunity for you to discover how tech can make an impact on our customers. Don’t know anything about workplace compliance and safety? Don’t worry, you bring the passion and we’ll bring the training to support you along the way.<\/span>As our Software Developer Intern, you’ll take ownership of critical projects right from the start. Whether it’s developing API pathways, or fine-tuning our automation strategies, your goal is to find the simplest and cleanest solution to the problem at hand.<\/span>You’ll experience the excitement of a fast-paced development cycle – owning a tight feedback loop, testing and shipping your code to production. Our collaborative culture means you’ll work closely with Engineers and other departments to identify and solve problems that make a tangible impact on the business.<\/span>By the end of the internship, you’ll have learnt the ins and outs of the SafetyCulture platform and the engineering concepts that make them successful.<\/span>Aside from technical skills, we will also work with you on your development, including:<\/span>1. Workshops on a variety of tech-based topics, along with soft skills to support your holistic growth as a developer.<\/span>2. Mentorship of our development process and how our engineering systems work.
