{"id":49998,"date":"2025-03-11T23:59:44","date_gmt":"2025-03-11T23:59:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/elite-relationship-manager-wc-working-capital-sales-2\/"},"modified":"2025-03-11T23:59:44","modified_gmt":"2025-03-11T23:59:44","slug":"elite-relationship-manager-wc-working-capital-sales-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/elite-relationship-manager-wc-working-capital-sales-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Elite Relationship Manager &#8211; WC-Working Capital-Sales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Role: Elite Relationship Manager &#8211; WC<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Position Code: 3424<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Job Role<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage big ticket size clients having group exposure above 5 Cr<\/li>\n<li>Build strong and effective relationship with Promoters and build client trust and confidence<\/li>\n<li>Understand business models, target segments, cash flows and structure WC solutions to best suit customer needs.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely closure of all pending PDD&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking and liaison with customer for any stock statements submissions pending, Stock insurance pending and ensure timely stock audit gets done.<\/li>\n<li>Visit to client locations at frequent intervals to stay connected and ensure growth and functionality of business model.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain optimum portfolio hygiene by ensuring entire churning is routed through KMBL and push for closure of other CA&#8217;s.<\/li>\n<li>Push client for optimum utilization and track the utilization pattern MOM to identify any unusual transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure minimum delinquency and work towards exit of clients identified in EWS.<\/li>\n<li>Be the face for the customer for his entire WC solutions. Provide timely advice and keep client updated with latest developments and pitch products beneficial to customer for smoother working.<\/li>\n<li>Liaison with internal departments &#8211; credit\/ops\/trade desk\/branch to facilitate client issues and ensure that the same are resolved within minimum TAT.<\/li>\n<li>Drive cross sell products and book penetration in allocated set of clients.<\/li>\n<li>Generate leads from existing customers and on-board new customer&#8217;s basis existing relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain CASA book and generate float income by opening all group accounts.<\/li>\n<li>Tracking of trade and forex transaction done by customer and generating income opportunities from this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Job Requirement<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preferably MBA\/ CA<\/li>\n<li>Experience: 2-3 years&#8217; experience in the local market preferably some background in Credit &#038; Sales Knowledge is required &#8211; ability to get the customer to buy into the asset proposition- loan amount, rate &#038; fees.<\/li>\n<li>Strong oral and written Communication<\/li>\n<li>Relationship Management Skill<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><center><b><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in5cfdb9df0e2f14ae13b66bf4a184b312?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a> <\/b><\/center><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description: Role: Elite Relationship Manager &#8211; WC Position Code: 3424 Job Role Manage big ticket size clients having group exposure above 5 Cr Build strong and effective relationship with Promoters and build client trust and confidence Understand business models, target segments, cash flows and structure WC solutions to best suit customer needs.
