Job Details:<\/b><\/span>Job Description: Provide consistent financial support to Business Partners in CCG Operations by creating and analyzing financial information and business trends. Develop reconciliations, financial reports, variance explanations, and product sizing. Support management reporting related to financial performance on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Prepare the Plan of Record (POR) in partnership with Operations. Provide explanations for cycle-on-cycle changes and business insights to influence the decision-making process and direction of various business leaders, including the General Manager, Business Operations, and project leads. Prepare monthly Close in partnership with Operations, providing variance analysis and data-driven insights to improve predictability and accuracy. Review and drive approval of Purchasing Requisitions in partnership with Operations and the Finance Controller. Participate in IP Investment-wide initiatives, such as business process standardization and automation, as needed.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b><\/span>A successful candidate will have proven experience demonstrating the following skills and behavioral traits:
\n Financial Analysis: Accurately compiles, validates, and interprets data using standard enterprise financial systems and business acumen. Utilizes financial data to inform strategic decisions and business strategy.
\n Excellent Communication Skills: Effectively communicates financial data and concepts to a wide range of stakeholders, including Finance and Operations peers and Senior management. This includes both written and verbal communication.
\n Strong Business Partnership and Teamwork: Builds relationships of trust with stakeholders and delivers on commitments. Able to effectively work in a team to achieve business objectives.
\n Problem Solving: Identifies problems, determines root causes, and quickly develops and implements quality solutions.
\n Action Orientation: Independently pursues work with energy and a bias for action while maintaining focus on results. Recognizes opportunities and leads initiatives to drive improvements.<\/span>Minimum Qualifications<\/b><\/span>BA in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or similar field. MBA is an advantage.<\/span>2+ years of experience in Financial Analysis, Budgeting and Planning, forecasting and business modelling.<\/span>Advanced knowledge of MSFT Excel and PowerPoint<\/span>Preferred Qualifications<\/b><\/span>Experience with Power BI or any data visualization or analytics tools<\/span>Passion and knowledge for driving process improvements, automation, standardization, and business process management (BPM).<\/span>Job Type: Experienced Hire<\/span>Shift: Shift 1 (India)<\/span>Primary Location: India, Bangalore<\/span>Additional Locations:<\/span>Business group: As members of the Finance team, employees act as full partners in making and supporting business decisions that are aimed at maximizing shareholder value.
