90 days<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Drive the alignment and review of the target operating model across all relevant processes, ensuring consistent operations and strong collaboration among Finance, Risk, and other stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Facilitate Finance delivery programs to meet milestones, effectively communicate business impacts and key decisions, and engage all affected teams while maintaining regulatory confidence in bank&#8217;s practices<\/li>\n<li>Drive \/influence change initiatives by collaborating with Finance and other functions, ensuring the right talent is deployed for program success while managing leadership development and succession planning.<\/li>\n<li>Foster a high-performance culture aligned with firm&#8217;s values, promoting diversity and effective communication on program progress, challenges, and decisions.<\/li>\n<li>Capital reporting, CCR, RWA calculations<\/li>\n<li>Manage the implementation of an efficient operating model and controls, ensuring effective operational risk assessments for new processes.<\/li>\n<li>Continuously evaluate design decisions and operational risks in light of changing regulations, market conditions, and technological advancements, while promoting the Group&#8217;s Change Framework.<\/li>\n<li>Work with cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize and remediate data issues, chair governance meetings, and prepare briefings for Audit and Risk Committees while managing the team and service providers effective<\/li>\n<li>Engage with program sponsors and Finance ExCo to provide insights on delivery commitments, facilitating informed decision-making among senior executives.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance and Risk to ensure clear understanding of program requirements, prioritization, and roadmap, while ensuring positive feedback from sponsors and stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Develop and deliver clear, concise communication to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment on project goals, updates, and key decisions while fostering an open dialogue for feedback and collaboration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Challenges:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aligning program objectives with the implementation of new regulatory requirements while operating within budget constraints.<\/li>\n<li>Navigating potentially conflicting agendas, priorities, and timelines across various functions and dependent programs, as well as across different geographic and regulatory jurisdictions.<\/li>\n<li>Integrating functional requirements and delivery commitments while considering the limitations of legacy global IT architecture.<\/li>\n<li>Executing a major change initiative in a cost-effective way, while promoting a simplification agenda.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Finance graduate (preferred CA or MBA Finance)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with concepts of Capital reporting, Counterparty Credit Risk (CCR), Reference data management<\/li>\n<li>Extensive experience in successfully implementing or sponsoring regulatory changes within Finance or Risk environments.<\/li>\n<li>Strong background in accounting and regulatory practices, particularly in reporting and all aspects of regulatory compliance.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional skills in relationship management, collaboration, and influencing stakeholders.<\/li>\n<li>Proven ability to drive teamwork across Finance and cross-functional teams.<\/li>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.<\/li>\n<li>Deep understanding of cross-functional operations and experience.<\/li>\n<li>High levels of motivation, commitment, and a focus on operational excellence.<\/li>\n<li>Familiarity with bank Group structures, values, behaviors, processes, and objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Comprehensive knowledge of the external regulatory landscape, including political and competitive factors.<\/li>\n<li>Relevant understanding of the Group&#8217;s Finance function across multiple locations.<\/li>\n<li>Insight into the Finance operating model at Group, Business, and Country levels<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.careerjet.co.in\/jobad\/in613ee3f60e0a4be9a0c138b2293a8729?affid=0852fd5db5a52cbcd75bf945aa534932\" class=\"button purchase\" target=\"_blank\">Apply Now<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description : Role : Reg Reporting &#8211;
