At our very core, we are a human environment &#8211; passionate people driven by the purpose of enhancing the quality of life and contributing to a healthier future.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>You will optimize effectiveness of consumer\/shopper activity at a Local and Global level and actively participate and support the customer development process<span class=\"br\"><\/span>A day in the life of&#8230; <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all the transactional process and documents for procurement and day to day claims in a timely manner to ensure the adequate supply of goods \/ services for Turkish Market<\/li>\n<li>Converting Purchase requisition into Purchase orders.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure Quality of data including Specs, required delivery date, terms &#038; conditions<\/li>\n<li>Resolution of operational issues external vendors<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a close working collaboration with purchase requesters and strategic buyers (own tracking sheet with open PRs &#038; open POs with clear status &#038; follow up plan)<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring timely receipt of blocked and parked invoices in the dashboard &#038; ensuring the resolution of these invoices within the agreed SLA<\/li>\n<li>Tracking all open items to close the balance Gap between goods receipt and invoice receiving through the GR\/IR Report<\/li>\n<li>Respect Suppliers lead time for ordering<\/li>\n<li>Ensure competitive bidding rules and adhere to it<\/li>\n<li>Monitoring timely receipt of blocked and parked invoices in the dashboard &#038; ensuring the resolution of these invoices within the agreed SLA<\/li>\n<li>Achieve compliance KPIs targets and measure monthly progress and work on closing the gaps if any.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>What will make you successful<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working in Cross-functional teams<\/li>\n<li>Strong Analytical Skills<\/li>\n<li>Detail Oriented and Organized<\/li>\n<li>Strong Leadership and Communication skills<\/li>\n<li>Ability to work in a challenging environment<\/li>\n<li>Bilingual in French,English &#038; Arabic<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Microsoft Skills.<\/li>\n<li>General Knowledge in SAP is a plus<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Position Snapshot<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Procurement Services<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Location: Cairo, Egypt<br \/>\n       Company: Nestl\u00e9 Business Services<br \/>\n       Full-time<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Department: Source to Pay.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Position Summary<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Joining Nestl\u00e9 means you are joining the largest food and Beverage Company in the world.
