The role calls for a motivated and skilled Dynamics 365 F&#038;O Functional Consultant to be a part of a dynamic D365 consultancy services team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Location: Silema, Malta<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Work Type: Hybrid<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Job Type: Full-time, Permanent<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Working Hours: GMT +1<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Salary: Base + Benefits (Paid in Euros \u20ac)<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Relocation: VISA &#038; Relocation Package Included<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ideally Educated to degree level<\/li>\n<li>Ideally Microsoft Dynamics certifications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Core Finance and Operations and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and or Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate<\/li>\n<li>At least 6 years\u2019 experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance &#038; Operations (D365FO) or 5 end to end implementation projects<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to presales activities would be an added value<\/li>\n<li>Conducting functional interviews<\/li>\n<li>Mentoring juniors<\/li>\n<li>Some technical knowledge would be considered as an asset.<\/li>\n<li>RSAT knowledge would be considered as an asset.<\/li>\n<li>Prepared to travel on frequent basis<\/li>\n<li>Experience\/Knowledge about ERP implementation methodologies and have strong analytical acumen<\/li>\n<li>Experience on operating in Shared Services or nearshore teams is an added asset<\/li>\n<li>Ability to perform under minimal supervision and perform in changing environments<\/li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal English language skills. Additional fluency in one or more of the following languages is preferred:<\/li>\n<li>French<\/li>\n<li>Spanish<\/li>\n<li>German<\/li>\n<li>Italian<\/li>\n<li>Experience with (D365FO) interfaces and Integrations<\/li>\n<li>Good understanding of industry processes, principles, functionality &#038; systems for their chosen specialism<\/li>\n<li>Beneficial to have experience of LCS and Azure DevOps<\/li>\n<li>Good MS Office skills (primarily Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio is a plus)<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) a plus<\/li>\n<li>Experience in consulting and very good presentation skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Responsibilities<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>The D365 Finance &#038; Operations Functional Consultant will: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Show expertise in any or several of the following D365FO functional areas:<\/li>\n<li>Finance<\/li>\n<li>Project Operations<\/li>\n<li>Warehouse<\/li>\n<li>Field Service<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of D365 FO end-to-end implementation projects including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post go-live support &#038; reporting<\/li>\n<li>Work with onsite engagement team &#038; client team to gather requirements, determine expectations &#038; finalise deliverables<\/li>\n<li>Ensure quality project delivery of deliverables produced and demonstrate experience in system and functional testing<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate excellent foundational consulting skills, including analytical knowhow, written &#038; verbal communication &#038; team participation.<\/li>\n<li>Involvement with D365FO interfaces and Integrations<\/li>\n<li>Ability to gather and document functional requirements and complete gap\/fit analysis<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate Awareness of scope (creep) and use of change control<\/li>\n<li>Leading the solution on a work stream, making design decisions and creating solution documentation<\/li>\n<li>Delivery of end-user training to clients and colleagues<\/li>\n<li>Provide on-site support and assistance throughout delivery and go-live phases of project<\/li>\n<li>Occasional involvement in responding to RFPs and RFQs would be beneficial<\/li>\n<li>Identify practice development activities and help in defining how these will be delivered<\/li>\n<li>Carry out additional duties as may occur from time to time as instructed and agreed by Directors<\/li>\n<li>Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training<\/li>\n<li>Represent our clients MBS in a professional and positive manner at all times<\/li>\n<li>Have awareness of product roadmap and the content of future releases of D365FO<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrate awareness around upselling and company capabilities<\/li>\n<li>The Employee is required to follow our clients Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Microsoft Business Solutions Overview<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At our client, your long-term future is every bit as important to them as it is to you.
