This is a high-impact leadership role focused on architecture, performance, and mentorship.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Key Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead &#038; Architect React Native applications, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and high performance.<\/li>\n<li>Optimize app performance, addressing bottlenecks, crashes, and inefficiencies across multiple devices.<\/li>\n<li>Handle complex UI\/UX implementations, ensuring pixel-perfect execution aligned with design specifications.<\/li>\n<li>Mentor and guide frontend engineers, fostering technical excellence and best practices.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure code quality &#038; documentation, enforcing clean architecture principles and coding standards.<\/li>\n<li>Drive technical ownership &#038; accountability, making strategic frontend decisions and leading development efforts.<\/li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to align on business objectives.<\/li>\n<li>Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and advancements in mobile application development.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>10-12 years of software development experience, with a focus on frontend architecture and mobile applications.<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in React Native, JavaScript\/TypeScript, Redux, and RESTful APIs.<\/li>\n<li>Proven experience in architecting, scaling, and optimizing high-performance applications.<\/li>\n<li>Strong understanding of native mobile development (Android\/iOS) and performance testing.<\/li>\n<li>Experience with CI\/CD pipelines, offline storage, and data request models.<\/li>\n<li>Exceptional problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Nice-to-Have:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with native build tools (Xcode, Gradle).<\/li>\n<li>Experience with Jest, Detox, or other testing frameworks.<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to generative AI tools, fintech, or gaming platforms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Working at Sixer<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At Sixer, you can be a part of shaping the future of finance and gaming technology, which is a pioneering feat in the industry.
