{"id":49168,"date":"2025-03-09T23:59:38","date_gmt":"2025-03-09T23:59:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/lead-assistant-manager-3\/"},"modified":"2025-03-09T23:59:38","modified_gmt":"2025-03-09T23:59:38","slug":"lead-assistant-manager-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.whitehattoolbox.com\/jobs\/lead-assistant-manager-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Lead Assistant Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Skill Set \/ Job Spec<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Primary Responsibilities:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Carrying Cost Benefit Analysis of key initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of budgets, financial forecasts and operating plans<\/li>\n<li>Tracking performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Business partnering, financial analysis and tracking<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Financial information dissemination &#038; analysis thereof for decision making and control<\/li>\n<li>Analyze financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes<\/li>\n<li>Supporting Senior Management and Departments Heads with in-depth analysis of financials and tracking the same against the Budget<\/li>\n<li>Provide recommendations to business with cost control opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>MIS reporting to Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Preparation of Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports, Capital Expenditure analysis and other project reports as requested by senior management<\/li>\n<li>Present reports on Variance analysis and impact of foreign exchange on business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pricing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Computing accurate rate cards and margins<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing the pricing inputs and impact of the same on business<\/li>\n<li>Analyzing actuals with the pricing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Closely working with the Client leadership team on various adhoc projects and reports.
