Cross-selling targets progressively.<\/span>\u00b7 Fee Income<\/span>\u00b7 Branch Administration.<\/span>\u00b7 Regulatory Compliance<\/span>\u00b7 Manage productivity and overall morale of branch team members<\/span>\u00b7 Overall responsible for break-even and P&L of branch<\/span>JOB REQUIREMENT:<\/b><\/span>\u00b7 Overall 4-6yrs of banking experience; out of which 3-4yrs in Retail Liabilities.<\/span>\u00b7 Must have had Sales experience and exposure, preferably of Liabilities products<\/span>\u00b7 Qualifications- MBA \/ CA\/ CAIIB<\/span>\u00b7 Good Leadership skills<\/span>\u00b7 Having more than 1-2 year work experience<\/span>\u00b7 In-depth understanding of financial instruments, markets and macro micro economic processes<\/span>\u00b7 Ability to carry along all the units involved in the customer service cycle to ensure customer \u201cDELIGHT\u201d<\/span>\u00b7 Liaising with product management team, marketing and other centers & verticals for new product development, service enhancements and sales initiatives.<\/p>\n
