HARDWARE PLATFORM-XEN APP (CITRIX)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><b>Job Description:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>10+ years demonstrated strong expert level technical experience in working with Citrix, Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS, VMWare, Nutanix Xi Frame<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong experience in troubleshooting VDI deployments<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>PowerShell scripting is required<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>End-user services domain and associated technical expertise in the following areas: VDI, cloud VDI, and Application Virtualization, workplace automation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with installation, management, operations, administration and support of the hardware and software that provide secure access to the Enterprise Compute systems that require it (e.g., Citrix Metaframe, virtual desktops, Microsoft Terminal Services).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solution Planning and implementation of VDI &#8211; Citrix Virtual Apps &#038; Desktops (CVAD)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Understanding of UX monitoring solutions viz ControlUP, SysTrack<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop detailed implementation guidelines, document, process, and use templatized approaches for new and old customer opportunities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide advanced technical support, root cause analysis, monitoring, and management of the Citrix VDI infrastructure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage the Citrix Workspace labs and ensure it&#8217;s always up to date with the latest features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Work with various stakeholders to make sure that the client&#8217;s policies &#038;
