We\u2019re bridging two worlds, moving towards more sustainable energy sources, while helping to provide the energy, chemicals and resources needed now.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Due to the growing work commitments in our Cairo office we are looking for Administrative Assistant.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Duties and Responsibilities<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Active communication with our people in multiple offices<\/li>\n<li>Close communication with Partner\u2019s representatives<\/li>\n<li>Collecting and handover the necessary documents from Partners and our people<\/li>\n<li>Arranging sworn translation in Arabic language of marriage \/ birth certificates, notary verifications etc.<\/li>\n<li>Collecting, filing and storing hardcopy and electronic documents and maintenance of data base<\/li>\n<li>Booking invoices on Accounts Payable (AP)<\/li>\n<li>Processing payments on Accounts Payable (AP)<\/li>\n<li>Downloading the e-payments advice from the bank<\/li>\n<li>Archiving and maintaining documents and invoices<\/li>\n<li>Preparing Withholding Tax (WHT) receipts for suppliers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience and Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources or relevant<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Special Job Requirements<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English both verbally and in writing<\/li>\n<li>Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively<\/li>\n<li>Ensuring accuracy in work, such as data entry or document preparation<\/li>\n<li>Handling sensitive information with care and professionalism<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Moving forward together<span class=\"br\"><\/span>We\u2019re committed to building a diverse, inclusive and respectful workplace where everyone feels they belong, can bring themselves, and are heard.
