Job Title: QA Automation Engineer
\n Location: Bengaluru, Ahmedabad
\n Experience: 4 to 7 years
\n –<\/span>Job Description:<\/b>
\n Role Overview: We are seeking a QA professional with expertise in automation frameworks
\n and design frameworks, as well as API automation. The ideal candidate should have a
\n strong understanding of the product’s backend and experience in backend testing. This role
\n requires end-to-end ownership and the ability to work as an individual contributor.
\n Proficiency in coding, particularly in Python or Golang, is essential. Additionally, the
\n candidate will collaborate closely with Project and Product Managers and should have a
\n good understanding of go-to-market (GTM) strategies. Experience in both web and mobile
\n testing is required.<\/span>Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
\n \u25cf Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts.
\n \u25cf Perform API automation testing and thorough backend testing to ensure the
\n reliability, functionality, and performance of backend services and the overall product.
\n \u25cf Contribute to the development and implementation of GTM strategies while taking
\n end-to-end ownership of the QA process, from planning to execution and reporting.
\n \u25cf Work closely with the development technical team, product manager and program
\n managers to align on the quality strategy.
\n \u25cf Contribute to the development and implementation of GTM strategies.
\n \u25cf Execute tests on both web and mobile platforms to ensure comprehensive coverage.
\n \u25cf Identify, document, and track defects, and work with the development team to resolve
\n them.
\n \u25cf Perform infrastructure testing to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of
\n hardware, software, and network components, and validate their integration with the
\n overall system.
\n \u25cf Implement metrics, analyse test data and results to identify patterns, report on risk
\n status to development partners, and influence software quality.<\/span>Qualifications:<\/b>
\n \u25cf Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
\n \u25cf 4 to 10 years of experience in QA automation\/Manual and backend testing.
\n \u25cf Experience in Python is a must.
\n \u25cf Strong understanding of automation frameworks and design frameworks.
\n \u25cf Experience with API automation and backend testing.
\n \u25cf Familiarity with GTM strategies and their implementation.
\n \u25cf Experience in testing both web and mobile applications.
\n \u25cf Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
\n \u25cf Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
