Ensure ongoing business performance is appropriately monitored and measured and drive early warning for re-direction of resources with Business Partners. Ensure integrity of data provided by commercial teams and provide value-added; provide recommendations on forecast accuracy improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Preferred qualifications:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation \/ Postgraduate in any stream<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Skills required:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent knowledge of Advanced Excel Skills. Preferred knowledge of Macro, Power Query, Power Pivot) and PowerPoint presentation.<\/li>\n<li>Experience\/knowledge of salesforce.com or any other CRM platform in the Pharma industry.<\/li>\n<li>Good communication skills &#038; Stakeholder management.<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrates excellent ability to develop both tactical and strategic solutions to issues.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p> Experience \u2013 3-5 years\u2019 experience in Customer Connect.
