Whether you\u2019ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you\u2019re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in the management of all contractors on site to ensure they perform to the required standards (including inspection of vendors\u2019 works)<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in financial processes to ensure that all financial management requirements are completed in a timely and accurate manner<\/span>\u00b7 Conduct regular audits to ensure safety procedures on site are in place and working<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in carrying out safety procedures when needed<\/span>\u00b7 Site Operations Management<\/span>\u00b7 Assist in the implementation of Industry Best Practice operations<\/span>\u00b7 Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all facility procedures and performance measures are maintained at all times<\/span>\u00b7 Seek ways to constantly reduce costs and improve operational standards<\/span>\u00b7 Maintain premises in neat and good working condition at all times<\/span>\u00b7 Maintain duplicate office keys in good order<\/span>\u00b7 Coordinate with pantry staff to ensure that pantry and vending machine items are always in stock<\/span>\u00b7 Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures<\/span>Location:<\/b><\/span>On-site \u2013Taguig, Philippines<\/span>If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don\u2019t meet all of the requirements.
