You will have both strong Agile Scrum delivery skills and project facilitation experience. As the Scrum Master, you are accountable for ensuring that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>As a member of the BEAGLE ASF Team, you will support the men and women charged with safeguarding the American people and enhancing the Nation\u2019s safety, security, and prosperity. CBP agents and officers are on the front lines, every day, protecting our national security by combining customs, immigration, border security, and agricultural protection into one coordinated and supportive activity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>ASF programs thrive in a culture of innovation and are constantly seeking individuals who can bring creative ideas to solve complex problems, both technical and procedural at the team and portfolio levels. The ability to be adaptable and to work constructively with a technically diverse and geographically separated team is crucial.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Join this passionate team of industry-leading individuals supporting the best practices in Agile Software Development for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Responsibilities:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Responsible for activities associated with delivery of customer-defined systems and software projects Interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to develop great working relationships with stakeholders including customer Product Owners.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Dedicated to a team with responsibility to support the team in achieving daily, iteration, and release goals and delivery objectives<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Implement, enforce and continually improve Agile\/Scrum principles\/ practices<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Provide mentoring and training for the team on Agile processes, methods, and practices<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Serve as the leadership proxy<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Proactively seek opportunities to use process improvement and re-engineering<span class=\"br\"><\/span>methodologies to facilitate improvements to team processes<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Identify and remove impediments to help protect the team from outside influences, which could otherwise interfere with the team\u2019s ability to deliver<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Manage a team of experienced technical professionals on an Agile Scrum Team<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Qualifications:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Required:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>College degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Management Systems or a related discipline. Will consider experience in lieu of a degree<span class=\"br\"><\/span>5- 7 or more years of experience as a Scrum Master or related role<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience supporting government contracts<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience participating in a high performing, highly engaged and motivated development team<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Solid experience in incremental software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Adaptable and able to work constructively with a technically and geographically diverse team.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Must pass a CBP Background Investigation (U.S. Citizenship required)<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>Desired:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Agile or Scrum Master certification<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience supporting Federal government project<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Ability to apply advanced principles, theories, and concepts, and contribute to the development of innovative principles and ideas<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Experience working in a dynamic, multifaceted environment<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Acts independently to expose and resolve challenges<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong communication skills and work ethic; self-starter<span class=\"br\"><\/span>&#8211;<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>What You Can Expect:<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>A culture of integrity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
