To achieve personal targets and contribute to the overall success and<br \/>\n       positive image of Korn Ferry through candidate and client interaction. At all times demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior &#038; personal integrity.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, generosity of knowledge and experience sharing and building effective relationships within and across the business.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>The role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management and customer focus and responsiveness to remote client -facing activity. Talent Consultants are subject matter experts around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process<br \/>\n       effectiveness.<span class=\"br\"><\/span><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\/ACCOUNTABILITIES<\/b><span class=\"br\"><\/span>Client Relationship Management<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Develop and maintain knowledge of key client organizations in the target countries, monitor and analyze industry changes<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Conduct interactions with internal &#038; external clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner \uf0b7 Identify &#038; communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Participate in role briefing with client and contribute to sourcing strategy &#038; process<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Identify potential business opportunities from sourcing conversations with candidates<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Process Management &#038; Sourcing<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Follow agreed client recruitment process for RPO or project recruitment delivery.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Follow KF global recruitment process<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Create &#038; execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and\/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Provides insights to the onsite solutions team and work together to deliver the solutions within agreed KPIs\/SLAs.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Use competency success profiles to identify and differentiate candidates<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in an off-site environment.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Candidate relationship management<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Manage all candidates effectively throughout recruitment process.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Develop and maintain relationships and seek referrals of other candidates.<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Manage candidate expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback.<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Policy &#038; Procedures<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Follow documented Korn Ferry systems\/polices\/office procedures<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 When on-site Follow documented client systems\/policies\/office procedures<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Follow necessary approval\/sign-off process for leave, travel, expenses and expenditure<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Provide information for internal reporting and update systems on timely basis<span class=\"br\"><\/span>People and Culture<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Self manages own performance and accepts responsibility for own learning<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Provides and accepts feedback<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Behaviors in line with values &#038; supports positive team environment<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Looks for opportunities to help others and contribute to broader business goals<br \/>\n       \uf0b7 Attends, participates and collaborates in all relevant KF\/KFI meetings, &#038; initiatives<span class=\"br\"><\/span>\uf0b7 Other duties as assigne<span class=\"br\"><\/span>Internal Mobility at Korn Ferry<span class=\"br\"><\/span>If you currently work for Korn Ferry or one of our affiliates, you must be eligible to apply for a different position within Korn Ferry to use the Careers Site.
