Position: Consultant Cardiothoracic (UK CCT \/ American Board) – Dubai<\/span>Allocation Assist Middle East is seeking an experienced and dedicated Consultant Cardiothoracic to join our rapidly growing team in Dubai. We are looking for a highly qualified individual with a proven track record of success in the field, to provide top-quality medical care to our patients.<\/span>Responsibilities:<\/b><\/span>– Provide expert consultation and patient care in the field of Cardiothoracic surgery<\/span>– Perform complex surgeries on the heart, lungs, and other organs within the chest<\/span>– Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care<\/span>– Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of new treatment programs<\/span>– Conduct research and stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of Cardiothoracic surgery<\/span>– Attend conferences, seminars, and other educational events related to the field<\/span>– Train and mentor junior medical staff and students<\/span>– Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients<\/span>– Adhere to all medical and ethical standards, policies, and procedures<\/span>Requirements:<\/b><\/span>– GMC registration and UK CCT in Cardiothoracic surgery or American Board certification<\/span>– A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Cardiothoracic surgery<\/span>– Proficiency in advanced surgical techniques and technology<\/span>– Strong communication and interpersonal skills<\/span>– Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities<\/span>– Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment<\/span>– Fully committed to providing the highest quality of patient care<\/span>– Willingness to relocate to Dubai and work within a diverse and multicultural environment<\/span>What we offer:<\/b><\/span>– A competitive salary and benefits package<\/span>– Cutting-edge medical facilities and technology<\/span>– Continuous learning and development opportunities<\/span>– Supportive and collaborative work environment<\/span>– Opportunities for career growth and advancement<\/span>If you are a skilled and compassionate Cardiothoracic surgeon looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and diverse environment, we would love to hear from you.
